Welcome to Worser Bay Whisky, located in the beautiful capital city of Wellington  New Zealand.  We are an artisanal distillery, crafting small batch whiskeys using traditional techniques and locally sourced ingredients.    Our process begins with sourcing the finest grains from Gladfield Malt, which we mill and mash in-house to create our single malt whisky mash. We then ferment the mash using a proprietary yeast strain before triple distilling and aging our whisky in  traditional sour mash charred oak barrels. This is  followed by aging in  Hawkes Bay Chardonnay barrels and adding  Te Puna Wai Ora artesian water. Our skilled distiller is dedicated to producing exceptional, handcrafted single malt, single 225L cask whisky that showcases the unique terroir of Worser Bay.
